Option 1:

You can pay directly to the landlord and they will provide you with a Waiver and they will withdraw the case immediately.

Option 2:

You can deposit the amount directly at the police station (Early morning before 2:00 PM) and the police will clear the complaint in the system immediately, and they will not arrest you unless you do have other cases.
