How to check if there is a travel ban and lift it if I have an absconding case and fines?

I have an absconding case and fines but I took an outpass to go back to the Philippines.
Can I come back to the UAE?
There are two government authorities that you can reach out to, to find out if you have an absconding case against you:
1. Ministry of Human Resources and Emiritisation (MOHRE), or
2. General Directorate of Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) in your Emirate.
You have two options. The first is to settle it with the employer to submit a request to cancel. This is the stronger solution.
The second is to submit a request to cancel it with a mercy or pardon request. It’s not a strong solution to cancel but you can try.

Since you have an absconding case, you will be having a travel ban too. So, it is advisable to get your absconding removed in order to exit the country.
