س: فتحت قضية عمالية ضد صاحب عملي. صدر الحكم قبل 10 أيام وأنا أخطط للاستئناف على الحكم. لقد حصلت الآن على عرض عمل جديد وكذلك انتهت صلاحية تأشيرتي منذ 3 أشهر… ج: يمكنك الانضمام إلى الشركة الجديدة، بشرط أن تقدم طلبا إلى المحكمة لتجديد تأشيرتك والحصول على خطاب بعدم الممانعة للعمل أثناء نظر النزاع…

Dear questioner,

Yes, you can join the new company, given that you submit a request to the court to renew your visa and to get NOC to work during the conflict.

You get your visa sorted when you get the approval of the court to your request to renew it.
