How can I cancel my visa to take another job if I have an ongoing labour case?

I was working with a company for the last 20 years and the company terminated me but did not pay my dues.

I have a court case with my company for not paying my dues, pending salary and gratuity. My visa already expired. I have got a new job offer.

Please advise how can I cancel my labour and visa.

I am here with my family and their visa has also expired. My son is still studying in a school in the UAE.

How can I sponsor the residence visa for my family? Is it possible to get a 2-year visa?
