Grace period to a terminated employee before visa cancellation
Job termination & visa cancellation:
Is there any time binding/relaxation between labour cancellation and residence visa cancellation?
Can the employer give relaxation to his employee to find a new opportunity for some time?
Dear questioner,
In many cases, the employer allows his terminated employees a few weeks, or months to look for a new opportunity if they cannot find another one immediately.
However, there is no obligation whatsoever on the employer to do such a thing. It is up to the employer to object or approve such request of the employee.
