UAE bank loan: Can an agency in my home country take action there?

3
Q: Hi,
I took a loan from a bank in the UAE in 2014 for an amount of 22,000 AED, but I have to pay 33,000 AED.
I paid almost 23,000 AED to the bank, but I lost my job in 2016 and was unable to pay the remaining loan amount. The bank filed a police case against me, which I cleared by paying a fine of around 2,200 AED.
Since then, the bank has not contacted me in the last 4-5 years, even though I have told them that I already cleared the police case and do not have the money to pay the remaining loan amount.
Yesterday, I received a call from my home country, Pakistan, and someone told me that I must pay the bank loan at any cost in the UAE, otherwise, I will face serious consequences.
My question is, since I am still in the UAE, can any agency or department from my country call me or force me to pay the amount? Can they take any action against me?
Please give your valuable comments.
Thanks!

How can I make sure it is safe to travel to the GCC if I left the UAE with unpaid loans?

1
Q: I lived and worked in the UAE from 2014-2016. At that time, I had credit cards and loans.
I returned home for the summer and my grandmother became ill not allowing me to return.
I'm trying to settle all or any debt against me, if possible, to be eligible to return to any part of the GCC, and I want to know my odds of being able to do so.
Thank you for any help or advice given.

Will I be arrested in my country if I paid the first installment for a bank loan settlement in the UAE then stopped?

2
Q: Hello Legal Advice,
I had a loan amount of AED 240K and after paying some installments, the amount came down to AED 170K. I got laid off from my job in the UAE due to company acquisitions, and now I am jobless in India.
After discussions with my bank, they sent a settlement letter for AED 150K and I paid AED 25K as a downpayment by selling gold and borrowing money from my friends.
Now I cannot pay the remaining amount because of being jobless and I am the sole breadwinner.
My query is will there be any legal problem if I don't pay the remaining amount after signing the settlement letter?
Will case execution be implemented in India also?
Will I be arrested in India or will they do anything legally to me in India?
Looking forward to your valuable response.
Regards
S.

Can a debt recovery agency in home country legally force repayment of a loan owed in the UAE?

1
Q: Hello,
My friend took a loan of 100,000 Dirhams from a finance company in the UAE and repaid almost half through installments. However, after losing his job, he was unable to continue payments.
The finance company then deposited his guarantee cheque, which bounced. This happened three years ago. Recently, the finance company has engaged a debt recovery agency in Pakistan to recover the remaining amount.
My question is: Does the debt recovery agency in Pakistan have the legal authority to force my friend to repay the debt?

Can I cancel my house sale contract without extra fees after personal plans changed? 0
Dear Lawyers,
I signed a Form F with a buyer for the sale of my house as we were planning to leave the country. The contract was signed about a month ago, but the handover is not until August.
Due to personal circumstances changing, we are no longer leaving Dubai and would like to cancel Form F.
The Form F contract stipulates that we have to pay the buyer 10% of the purchase value. The real estate agent is now claiming that we also have to pay the buyer's real estate commission and the conveyancing fee.
Our understanding is that the 10% penalty is the only penalty. Which is correct, and what are the next steps to dispute this?
Also, is there any way to dispute the 10% itself under the law due to personal circumstances changing?
