How can I make sure whether an offer from a company is real or fake?

Recently, I received an email (Letter of Employment) and I want to ensure whether the company is real or fake.

You can use the job offer number to verify the validity of the application through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Inquiry Services – Application Status).
After you sign the job offer, your employer will send you an electronic entry permit for the purpose of work so that you can enter the country.
Dear user,
First, you can check in the national register if the company is incorporated within the UAE. If you would like, provide us with the company name and we can check on your behalf.
Furthermore, kindly note that visa costs and training costs, etc, are not the employee's responsibility in the UAE but the employer's.
Hence, if you are required to pay any costs, then there is a higher chance it is not a legit job offer.
