Legal assistance in finding out if a job offer is real or fake

I got a direct email from a company stating that I'm selected with my CV without any telephonic/skype interview. The following points are mentioned by them in the statement below are true as per the UAE law. Please guide.

It is in compliance with Article 4, sub-section 3 of the expatriate statuary law of the United Arab Emirates that employees should pay work permit processing fees due to restriction by the United Arab Emirate government and against terrorist and money laundry act.

SMC, your employers, are aware of all these and has also made a provision for reimbursement as stipulated in your appointment letter.
