Q: Hi I'm S. a Nepalese citizen. I'm working as a security guard in a company in Dubai and I already completed 2 years and still working. Now, I want to go to Europe for work and I already did a process and got an offer letter from there. They need some paper from my side which is a police report on my passport and NOC from my company. I need help in this because my company says they can't give NOC or release paper for work purpose. They only give NOC for visiting purpose, not for work. So, they are saying they will not give me NOC (release)!! Can you make it clear to me and help me out of this situation, please? Your little help can make a big change for me.

Q: I am currently working in an organization on an unlimited contract, however, I would like to enter into a business partnership and put my name on the trade license of the new company. I will, however, still be working in my current company. Can I enter into a business partnership directly or do I need to get a NOC? My current employer has no restriction on doing business in our contract neither does the new business violate the non-compete clause. If I need to get a NOC, then how do I do it? Do I simply request my current company to give a NOC? Your help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance

Q: Hi, I lived in Dubai about 9 years ago and I left an unsettled credit card bill, not a huge amount but I figured I wasn't going back for any reason. Then over time, I completely lost track of it. Since then, I got a police clearance certificate from Dubai Police for immigration purposes in another country. I was wondering if this meant that my record was clear and if I landed in Dubai I would not be put behind bars or anything of the sort.
