Dear Questioner,
I'm so well, thank you.
Hope you are doing the same, and thanks a lot for contacting me.
With reference to your inquiry, kindly be informed that the standard/regular procedure is cancelling the said visa by the father himself.
However, you have mentioned that you do hold a General POA which is issued to you from your husband's side.
But the question is: Is that General POA including Visa Cancellations and/or Transfers ??
I understand that, sometimes, you can rely on that POA as long as it is granting you the right of signing, on your husband's behalf, on any documentation before any governmental, semi-governmental & public authorities/entities.
But the point is that some other times, you find that the competent authority requiring a clear phrase granting you the power to handle a specific issue, even if the POA is General.
In light of the foregoing, I do recommend doing the following, in sequence:
1. Try to cancel your daughter's visa with the POA you are currently holding from your husband. Maybe it will work without the need for wasting your time inquiring from the competent authorities. And if they informed you that the said POA is not sufficient or not granting you the required right, then
2. Call (AMER SERVICES) "known as Immigration". You can easily reach their number on google, and they will be of the utmost assistance to you, free-of-charge, as they will guide you on the regulatory points of the immigration itself, which are changeable on a weekly/monthly basis.
3. Your last resort would be to request from your husband to issue you a Limited POA, granting you the specific right to cancel you daughter's visa...etc.
Hope my reply has made everything crystal clear at your end.
For any further assistance, please feel free to contact me at (+971 505050 835).
Kind regards and best of luck.
