Meaning of "final judgment" in an employee case against a company

Can anyone tell me what it means when an employee has a case against my company and the case status is now "حكم قطعي" (final judgment)?
Also, what should I do now?

The final judgment is the one that decides the subject of the litigation with a decisive verdict, which ends the jurisdiction of the court that issues the judgment.
It also opens up the possibility of appeal, either in person or by notifying the party against whom the judgment is issued, of the dates for appeal.
Preparatory rulings, including those that result in a suspended stay, cannot be appealed independently until the subject matter of the case is finalized, unless they halt the proceedings.
(حكم قطعي) It means that this court has finished hearing the case and issued a final ruling. A final ruling does not mean that this ruling cannot be appealed. But it means that the court that issued it has finished the case.
