Insurance claim rejected for flooded car - How to appeal?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I filed a complaint with the Insurance Authority against an insurance company because my car got flooded.

The case was escalated to the dispute resolution committee, which denied my compensation request because the car was first declared a total loss, but later it was found to be repairable.

I want advice and to know how I can appeal this decision.
