Q: I was with a company in Dubai for 22 days, due to a family emergency I left home and paid compensation as in the work contract (45 days salary was the compensation).
After 6 months of exit, I started requesting the company to cancel my visa and Emirates ID, but they are ignoring it. They want me not to come to the UAE again.
Can you guide me on this?

I have worked in the UAE for 6 months (Aug' 2006 to Dec' 2006) and due to my family problem, I didn't cancel my residence visa (Sharjah Saif Zone). The immigration department has imposed a ban on me.

Re-entering the UAE after leaving without visa cancellation
4
Q: I left the UAE in 2013. My visa expired in 2014, but I did not cancel it specifically. The visa was issued by the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.
I've not been back to the UAE, but I need to go back and I've heard there may be complications because I did not cancel my visa properly.
To cancel the visa properly (three years late!), is it likely that I will be charged a fine and if so, how much?

Checking for travel ban after leaving the UAE without proper cancellation

Q: Hello,
I hope you can help me. I was hired by Emirates Airlines as a cabin crew in 2004. 5 months later I had to leave Dubai urgently for family reasons.
I did not advise my manager and never came back. I plan to come to Dubai soon with my family. Can you tell me if I could be blocked at the airport or have some problems?
Thank you for your help.
Kind regards

Returning to the UAE to find another job if the previous employer did not cancel the visa

2
Q: Dear sir/madam,
I have returned to the UK as I resigned in my 6 month probation period due to my parents' health. I still have a valid residency visa in the UAE as my workplace has not canceled it yet.
If it was not canceled yet, can I return to the UAE and find another job?
Is that possible even if on a holiday visa? Or would it be wise to start another job with another visa in say 3 months' time or even 6 months going through the visa process again?
I didn't abscond. I followed through with the finishing process exactly as required where my workplace was concerned.

Liability of daughter against the debts of her father 0
To whom this may concern,
I returned back to Australia after 10 years in Abu Dhabi in 2015. As I turn 18 this year in November, I plan on visiting friends who are in the UAE for about a month.
I would like to travel with them around the country freely without any prosecution from local officials.
My father had to leave the UAE in 2016 for health reasons and has unpaid debts in the UAE, Abu Dhabi specifically.
I would like to know and have it in writing if I would be able to travel freely to the UAE at the end of the year and that I am not liable for my parents' debts/problems as I have no legal responsibilities for their actions.
Kind regards.

Bounced cheque case for a loan after paying the fine 0
Hi
I have got a call from Dubai Police last week regarding my cheque bounce which I issued to the bank due to default on loan payment on time.
I paid a visit & they referred me to the prosecution & I got fine which I already paid and got clearance.
I want to know if the bank can still file a case against me & I still need to contact the bank for settlement or case clearance.
I am getting too many calls even after that, and the debt collector is actually harassing with the worst behaviour & back to back calls which actually ruined my personal life and put me in depression with high bp.
Thank you
