Will I face issues for a credit card debt in the UAE while transiting in a GCC country?

I have a debt on my credit card from a bank in the UAE and I left the UAE a few months back. I have not traveled to any countries since then.

My question is if I travel to Qatar, Saudi, or Kuwait, or in case of connected flights those stay in Qatar, Saudi, what are the chances that I will face problems?

If you have an arrest warrant, it is preferable to request a security check first before traveling.

There is a judicial cooperation agreement between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, but there is no connection between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council in cases to date, according to the question.

In the sense that the case filed in Saudi Arabia does not have an immediate effect in the GCC countries unless the bank takes the necessary procedures to circulate it internationally, whether within the GCC countries only in accordance with the judicial cooperation agreement or through Interpol.

In a clear sense, if an arrest warrant or circular was issued against a person in Saudi Arabia, it is not enforceable within the UAE except by following the aforementioned procedures.
