Rights of an employee forced to submit resignation

They threatened me to write the email like this:

'As requested by you as part of the organization cost-cutting measure, I am resigning from the position of Software Developer/Programmer/Analyst with your organization.'

And I wrote the same sentence.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This threatening by the Employer is unlawful and unjustified.

If they send any such emails to you then it will amount to arbitrary termination and they have to prove it.

You continue working and do not send any resignation.

I resigned from there. They asked me to write the same (which I had already mentioned in the above chat) I wrote in the resignation email.

Apologies for the confusion caused.

This amounts to an unlawful act by the Employer as you sent this under the influence of the employer. You are not in any fault.

You can proceed to file a labour case to claim your dues. We can assist you in filing the case and get you your rightful dues.
