Harassment inside marital relations

An NRI man claimed that he was divorced and approached me and I'm a divorcee too. When he came down I came to know that he did not get his divorce when I questioned him. He forced for sex, infact raped, video taped it and threatened that would kill my son if i dont agree. Later I had to agree and then he married me and always threatened.

Meanwhile during this time I also came to know that he had affairs with many women and cheated a few too. Currently he has affair with his colleague in his office. His sister and brother in law too initially lied that he was a divorcee and later whenever I went to their house they harrased me both physically and abused me badly.

I don't have any support or anyone to save me. I'm scared that he would release the video which he took without my knowledge when he had sex with me and kill my son.

He ran away to Dubai. I need justice. How can I get justice. He is in Dubai and works for Art Marine LLC. He lived with me in Dubai for 2 months and threatened me not to tell out.

Dear Sir,

He works IN Dubai and claimed he had for his divorce from his 1st wife but he was still married to her and cheated me still aging he got his divorce just waiting for his papers and when I questioned him he raped me in my house and said now I need to marry him if not would kill me and my son. Later I had to live as a woman I feared society and people that he might show videos where he had sex with me.

I came to Dubai as he said I could come there to check on him. And did not want me to tell anyone about how he lied cheated and married me. I have marriage videos and photos but no papers and he is said till o get his divorce from his 1st wife.

Now he has blocked my number on WhatsApp avoiding me. I notified his HR manager who sides him and asked me to leave without disturbing him.

He had raped me, lied and cheated me about his 1st marriage and left me know at the time of getting his divorce there. How can I get justice as he works and lives in Dubai? We both are Indian. Please help me.

Dear Mam,

You can approach either Indian courts, where the act actually happened or to the Dubai courts. Proving the acts against the opponent party entirely depends upon the proofs to be presented before the court. As from your email, it is clear that you are having the proofs of your marriage which was not latter legalised, but still it can be presented as a circumstantial evidence for proving the fact of cheating.

For filing a case in Dubai against the person concerned you need to provide us with the registered Power of Attorney giving us the authority to represent you in the court.
