Can I renew my visa if a have a pending case and arrest warrant for credit card?

Good Morning Sir,

Good Morning, My name is A. and I am having a Dubai court civil case from a Bank for not paying an outstanding credit card bill.

The current status of the case is they have made an execution and an arrest warrant is issued for not paying the amount.

My question is, is it possible to renew my family and my own visa while having a civil case execution and arrest warrant?

If not, what is the process/cost to get my visa renewed?

It's around 200k, the limit of the card was 120k but the execution file order is around 200k.
