عثرت على موقع legaladvice.com أثناء تصفحي للإنترنت. أعمل في شركة منذ أكثر من 11 عامًا. أبلغني رئيسي المباشر مؤخرًا أن عقدي لن يُجدّد للعام الدراسي 2023-2024.

سأعمل في المدرسة حتى نهاية العام الدراسي الحالي، 2022-2023. هل هذا صحيح؟

من المقرر أن تنتهي صلاحية تأشيرتي في يناير 2024. هل أحتاج إلى تقديم خطاب استقالة؟ ماذا سيحدث لمكافأة نهاية الخدمة الخاصة بي؟

The bonus is calculated based on your total last salary as of March 2022 if your services are terminated by the school administration.

It does not affect it, but if you submit your resignation, it will be calculated on the basis of salary excluding allowances.
