Non- renewal of the labor contract by the employer
Dear sir,
I am working in a company as a mechanical engineer and the limited contract would be expired on Oct 17th, 2019.
4 days before its expiration, on Oct 13th, 2019, I received a notice from the employer that they are not interested to renew my contract, without stating a reason.
What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to me on this!
Please note that the employer is well within his/her rights not to renew the contract.
Considering you are on a limited contract, there is no obligation to notify the other party about its intention not to renew the contract.
It is assumed under the law that on the expiry of the contract, the employer-employee relation shall cease unless both parties agree to renew the contract.
You should work till the last working day as per the contract and collect your labor dues.
