Filing a complaint at MOHRE for receiving half salary only
Sir.
I am a pharmacist in the UAE working in a company since May this year. I have an unlimited contract and in probation period, but all those months the employer paid me only half salary.
When I ask about this they are threatening me that they will terminate me and I have to pay the visa expenses.
I need some legal advice regarding this.

Dear Questioner,
Please note that you should be entitled to the full salary as per your employment contract.
In case that you are not getting your full salary, you have the right to file a complaint against your employer to Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.
Your employer has no right to ask you to pay for the visa costs as well. This is against the law here in the UAE.
