The right legal action for claiming salary shortfalls
For the last 2 years, I worked for a contracting firm.
My salary was AED 8000/month but usually, my employer used to give me 2-3k monthly or sometimes less than this. The salary transaction is easily reflect-able on my salary statement.
I filed a case in the labour court against my employer for my visa cancellation and due salary payment 3 days ago, but he is not in the mood of settlement.
What action should I take against him?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for getting in touch with me on your issue.
Please note that you have a very strong and lawful claim against your employer.
I suggest that you appoint a lawyer to appear on your behalf as this will pressurise the employer into paying your dues or settling the matter with you.
You are eligible to claim your shortfall in salary per month, three months salary as this amounts to arbitrary dismissal, gratuity & air ticket to your home country.
All these amounts, plus interest, can be ordered against the employer.
I will need some more information about the case so I suggest you get in touch with me on 052-9495731 or email me on hari@alnassaradvocates.com. It will be a free consultation.
I trust you will find this in order.
Regards,
