What to do if the bank is taking money without resolving my case?

Hi

We had a case against us by a bank for a loan (claim amount 236000.00 AED) for which we paid a legal fee of AED 25000.00 to the bank along with the outstanding claim amount as per judgment.

After two months we received a court order to pay AED 10000.00 as a court fee. Please advise who should be paying the court fee as we have paid AED 25000.00 to the bank already as a legal fee.

Also would like to know the exact legal fees for the claim amount.

Dear Questioner,

If the case has already been filed in court and there's a judgment already you should pay the amount in the court, not to the bank, and ask for clearance from the court.

Why did you pay AED 25,000 legal fees to the bank?

And about the court fees, please send the letter from the court to assist you.

You can email us.

Hi.

Thank you for the reply.

The bank informed us that the travel ban will be removed only if we pay the legal fee and took AED 25000 from us.

Now we received the court order to pay AED 10000 to the court.

Anyway, can we claim that from the bank?

I don't think that the bank will pay for this.

Anyway, in the future, when you need a legal service, we can assist you.

We are dealing with an annual contract to avoid this kind of situation.
