I have not received my salary for last 3 months. Now I got a job offer

I have not received my salary for the last 3 months. Now I got a job offer from another company.

Then, I mailed the resignation letter with a 1 month's notice period. But as per my employment contract, the notice period is 3 months.

3 months' salary is already pending now. Do I have to give another 3 months' notice period?

Can I resign with one month's notice period?

Because the new employer has only allowed 1 month. What will I do?

The worker can submit a complaint to the Ministry of Labor over the phone at 80060 or the website: (www.mohre..gov.ae).

All entitlements must be accounted for (overdue salaries, vacations, end-of-service benefits, airline tickets for him and his family, compensation for unfair dismissal, and any other entitlements according to the contract).

There is a condition of not completing the notice period or requesting a reduction from the court for non-payment of salaries.

You can resign after the notice period that you have made, and for the related salary, you can claim it and then go to the Ministry of Labor and file a complaint.

Thank you so much, sir!

Is it not necessary to give a 3-month's notice period as per the employment contract?

Salary is regularly delayed, and pending for 3 months.

Hi,

Since you didn't receive your salary for three months you can resign from the company by giving 1 month's notice and at the same time you can file a complaint for non-payment of salary.
