هل يجوز للموظف الاستقالة خلال فترة الاختبار والمطالبة بالرواتب والمزايا؟

مرحبًا،

لدي نزاع مع موظفة وقّعت على عرض العمل وبدأنا إجراءات تعيينها.

لم يمضِ ستة أشهر على العقد، وقد قررت الاستقالة بدون سبب وتطلب منا دفع جميع مستحقات الشهر الماضي وأي مزايا مستحقة لها.

ترفض دفع قيمة الكفالة/الدين الذي قبلته عند توقيع عقدها.

أحتاج إلى مساعدة عاجلة في هذا النزاع العمالي.

The employment contract is the one that decides in this case if it provides for the payment of compensation to you in the event that the contract is not completed.
