Suing a husband for hacking into the laptop while there is a pending divorce case

Dear sir/madam,

I have a pending divorce case. However, I discovered that my husband had hacked into my laptop and email account.

He took pictures of my conversations with friends and printed them.

Can he use this as evidence in court? Or can I counter-sue him for breach of privacy?

Dear questioner,

Yes, you have the right to sue him for breach of privacy.

Hi,

If you have proof/evidence that he has hacked your laptop and email account, you can sue him.

Hi,

As you mentioned, your husband hacked into your laptop and email, which is completely illegal as per the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 5/2012, you can file a criminal case against him with all the evidence.

Dear questioner,

Of course, a violation of privacy is sentenced to imprisonment and a fine, and this evidence does not work in court.

Hi,

Hope all is well!

It depends on the content of that conversation. However, it is less likely to be used as it breaches privacy.

It can serve him in a custody situation.
