The cost and procedures to issue a PoA while being abroad

Dear sir/madam,

I live in the UK and own a property in Dubai.

Can a lawyer make a PoA on my behalf so that my friend living in Dubai can go ahead and deal with all my property transactions?

This would essentially save me a trip to Dubai.

Yes, it can even be done remotely if you want. Our charges including government fees are around AED 8,000.

Let me know if you want to proceed. I will only need a copy of your passport, your friend's passport, and the title deeds that you will give the POA for.

Your price is so so high, I should raise a case against you.
