هل يلزمني تقديم فترة إشعار عند ترك العمل في حال انتهاء العقد؟

مرحبًا،

انتهى عقدي في 2/12/2022، ولكن تنتهي تأشيرتي في 15/03/2023.

أعتزم ترك العمل في غضون أسبوعين؛ إذ عُرضت عليّ وظيفة أخرى.

بما أن مدة العقد انتهت بالفعل، فهل يلزمني تقديم فترة إشعار؟

Hi Kudzanai,

Pursuant to your query, an employment relationship is terminated if the contract expires, and the contract is not renewed.

You have to inform the employer in writing that you are not interested to renew the contract any further and request him to cancel the residence visa.

Your benefits will be calculated on the basis of your last contract.

The meaning of your question about the notice is that the contract is automatically renewed. So our answer is on this basis if it ended and was not renewed.

We did not understand your inquiry or the significance of submitting a notice in the first place because the contractual relationship has ended.

You are the one who determines whether the contractual relationship is still extended or not.
