Returning to the UAE after paying the overstay fine and leaving on outpass

Dear sir/madam,

If a person has already paid his overstay fine and because of the new rules he also left the country on outpass, can he come again to Dubai because he has already paid his fine?

Hi,

Pursuant to your query, if you have followed the immigration rules and did pay the fine, and exited the country, there should not be any issue in visiting the UAE.

However, if there is a ban placed, then, in that case, you will have to get it removed and then visit the country.
