As per UAE law, an employer may dismiss an employee by serving the stipulated notice period (as per the law and/or contract).

As a general rule, an employer should give a 'warning' to employees before dismissal. However, this also depends on the employment contract.

If one feels that they have been dismissed 'arbitrarily' or for no 'valid cause' then you may proceed to complain about your employer to MOHRE.
