Terminating an employee because of a mistake without warning
Hey,
I'm working in a call center job. The employer found a case of ignoring calls.
I have no warning letter before, and now they terminated me immediately without any warning.
Is this legal?

Dear questioner,
According to the labor law, the employer can't terminate the contract without any previous warning unless the employee commits a big mistake that causes loss of money to the company.
In your case, if he can't prove the loss of money, it will be an arbitrary dismissal.
