How to know the first and last days of probation period in the UAE?

Please refer to your employment contract regarding your probation period.

According to UAE law, It can be any period not exceeding a period of six (6) months from the date of commencement of work, i.e.,13/09/2022.

In most cases, employers tend to keep the probation period as six months but kindly check your employment contract for the exact period.
