طلب من الموظف التوقيع على اتفاقية عدم الإفصاح قبل مغادرة الشركة

مرحبًا،

لقد استقلت مؤخرًا من وظيفتي. قبل يومين من يومي الأخير، أبرمت شركتي اتفاقية عدم إفصاح تنص على أنه لا يمكنني العمل في نفس مجال العمل أو الانضمام إلى أي شركة منافسة خلال السنوات الخمس القادمة.

لقد عملت لمدة 8 سنوات أو أكثر في هذا المجال.

ملاحظة: لم تكن اتفاقية عدم الإفصاح موجودة عندما انضممت إلى الشركة. لقد أبرموها قبل إجازتي.

في هذه الحالة، هل يمكنني أن أبدأ عملي الخاص؟

Dear questioner,

If this clause is not included in the employment contract, it shall not be considered, but if this clause is signed, you are bound by it.

Yes, this condition does not apply as long as you do not sign it in the employment contract when joining them.

If you don't sign, you can file a lawsuit for your dues but if you sign, you will sign the decision to prevent any work for you again in the Emirates.
