When to serve the tenant a 12 months notice if I don't wish to renew the contract?

Hi,

My tenant's new tenancy contract starts in two days.

Do I need to serve him a 12 months notice if I don't wish to renew the tenancy contract any further beyond one year?

Where can I get this eviction notice done in Dubai?

I am asking about sending a 12 months notice. Not sure what you mean by do not submit eviction notice 90 days...

It is not possible to submit the notice with the signing of the lease contract, but you can send a notice of not wanting to renew before the end of the first year by 90 days so that the contract is not renewed automatically.
