الإجراء القانوني الصحيح للمطالبة ببقية الرواتب

عملت في شركة مقاولات خلال السنتين الماضيتين.

كان راتبي 8000 درهم في الشهر لكن عادةً ما كان صاحب العمل يعطيني ألفين أو ثلاثة شهرياً وأحيانًا أقل من ذلك. يمكن الكشف عن الراتب بسهولة في كشف الرواتب.

لقد فتحت قضية في محكمة العمل ضد صاحب العمل لإلغاء تأشيرتي ودفع المرتبات منذ 3 أيام، لكنه لا يبدو أنه يريد التسوية.

I suggest that you appoint a lawyer to appear on your behalf as this will pressurise the employer into paying your dues or settling the matter with you.
