Where to file a complaint against a semi-government company?

Hi,

Greetings!

I hope you all are doing well!

I want to file a complaint against a semi-government company online regarding the EoSB and salary issue, but I am not able to find the platform to file a complaint. I have checked with MOHRE & FAHR.

As per MOHRE, they only deal with private-sector and LLC companies whereas FAHR deals with only government companies.

They also have no clue where I should go and file the complaint.

Any information, please?

Your kind assistance will be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Dear questioner,

Every worker who is in the UAE and is linked to an employment relationship must be subject to a law regulating this relationship.

If he works in federal entities, the Human Resources Law governs the relationship, but if he works in the private sector, the Labor Law governs the relationship.

As for any relationship outside these two bodies, it is subject to the human resources law of this entity, whether local, semi-governmental, or free zones. If this special law does not exist, the relationship is governed by labor law.

Therefore, it is preferable for you to meet with a legal advisor to know all the details and see the contract so that he can guide you.
