Do I have to compensate my company if I resign right after renewing my visa?

My name is A. I have been working in a private company for 4 years. Now my visa has been renewed but it is only for one week.

If I give my resignation now, will I face any kind of legal action?

Do I have to pay compensation to any company?

It's according to the terms of your contract. If you have a notice period or not, after which you can leave work and resign without paying any compensation.

The compensation is if you decide to resign immediately without waiting for the notice period.
