By searching for the company in its name in Arabic and English, as companies do not ask for employment fees, they bear the full cost.

You can use the job offer number to verify the validity of the application through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Inquiry Services – Application Status).

After you sign the job offer, your employer will send you an electronic entry permit for the purpose of work so that you can enter the country.

Sometimes it is not easy to tell if a company is real or fake. But there are some guidelines such as:

1) Searching for the trade license online via national economic register OR check on the DED website of the relevant emirates (you may search either via trade license number or name).

2) Whether there is a job offer, they will NOT ask for employee to pay for recruitment or visa costs as it is against UAE Law.

3) Search the website reviews online and via social media.

4) If you are in the UAE, try and visit the company's physical address

If you find the company is not legit, you may go to the nearest police station to report this.
