تم إنهاء خدمتي من الشركة بسبب إعادة هيكلة الشركة وأعطوني فترة إشعار مدتها شهر واحد. أنا على عقد غير محدد المدة، مع شركة خاصة في دبي.
ما هي المستحقات التي سأحصل عليها مع هذا الإنهاء الذي أعتقد أنه فصل تعسفي؟

As long as the company gives you notice, it means that the dismissal is legal unless your contract stipulates that the notice period is more than that.
