An employer charges an employee for family insurance. Is it legal?

Dear sir/madam,

My employer charged me for my family insurance in Abu Dhabi despite Abu Dhabi health insurance law covering up to 2 kids.

What would be the legal way to reimburse the amount from the company?

My initial contract was single hire!

I am referring to the Abu Dhabi health insurance law which states The Abu Dhabi Medical Insurance Law decrees that employers and sponsors must provide health insurance coverage to the employees and their dependents (one spouse and three children under the age of 18 years).
