Hello,
We wish you a happy day.
Your entitlements are calculated from the first working day to the last working day in the notice period.
The end-of-service gratuity is calculated on the basis of the value of the last basic salary received by the employee.
This means that basic salary allocations such as housing, transportation, utilities, and furniture are not included.
Regards

Well, annual leaves are entitled in accordance with the Federal law No 33 of Regulation of labor on the private sector UAE labor law.
Employees are entitled to a fully paid annual leave of:
- 30 days, if they have completed one year of service and
- 2 days per month, if they have completed 6 months of services, but not one year
