How to terminate my contract and avoid a ban to get another job offer?
Hi Sir/ Ma'am,
This is A. I work in a beauty salon in Dubai as a beautician since 2020 and my visa will expire on 15 January 2023.
I don't want to renew my contract here in my current company because I have got a good opportunity in another company.
According to my contract, it is written if I want to terminate my contract, I need to write a letter before 90 days. But I don't want to renew my contract here anyhow.
So please suggest to me what I should do.

Well, you have to issue notice/pay notice in lieu in accordance with the terms of your contract of employment and you have the right to claim your end-of-service benefits too.
Please contact us by phone or email for further assistance.
Dear A.,
You must submit your resignation (notice period) according to what is stipulated in your employment contract.
If there is a clause that states resignation must be submitted in writing in a notice of ninety (90) days then you must follow the procedure.
Providing your employer with the contractual notice period does not mean your contract will be renewed.
However, since your visa will expire in 48 days and the notice period is 90 days, you may request your employer to terminate the contract.
If the employer does not agree to a mutual termination, you may have to pay salary in lieu of forty-two (42) days notice period for early termination.
After which you will be granted a grace period (30 days) to find another employment opportunity in the UAE upon cancellation of visa.
