Withholding of passport by the employer and the way of claiming it back
The reason for holding my passport is that the employer terminated the contract but did not cancel the visa.

The first instance labor court fee is 5% of the claimed amount.
We suggest you file a complaint with MOHRE first against your employer and file a complaint with the Police station regarding your passport as it is a governmental property and the employer may NOT withhold it.
