Can you get a PCC if you leave the UAE with an unpaid loan and another closed case?
I need help getting a PCC for my uncle who needs it for visa/immigration to the UK. He used to live in Dubai but left in 2015 and never went back.
He did not finish paying a loan he had when he left. He had also been jailed in Dubai for a month after a drunken fight for which he paid the penalty charge before release.
Is it possible for him to get a clear PCC or not?

Delay in repayment of loans due to official donors leads to the rejection of the certificate and the bank sends a notice of this.
He has a criminal, financial and judicial record. People search the files to the end of the file.
The responsible authority may be lenient with those concerned with simple financial matters and give them a certificate to pay the amounts imposed on them.
So it is preferable to first inquire about the certificate provider before applying to see if there is a circular on his services.
