How to obtain a police clearance certificate when you have an old credit card case?

Thank you very much for your reply. I submitted my request twice to the UAE Ministry of interior and got a response that I need to contact them.

Can I get a letter stating that I have a liability to clear so that I will show that to the Immigration department?

Here in Canada, bank dues are not criminal so my process will be completed soon.

If there are no criminal cases, you can get the certificate.

It's better to check if you have any issues in the system to check the possibility to get the certificate.

I have only one credit card due to clear with one bank. If they put a case, then that would be an issue.

Can I request your help on how to clear this?
