How to settle pending car loan with the bank without any issues?

I have an outstanding of around 4000 and when I approached the bank officials to pay, they started to harass me and ask for legal charges as they have made a repossession order against the car only for the amount of 4k.

They are asking me to settle a partial amount from my credit card which I also agreed and at last they made a conditional letter for me to sign which I refused as it was against the norm.

Can someone guide how I can settle my car loan so they can make the repossession order?

Do not sign any papers. they have to spend 6000 AED to open a case against you.

They told me they have made a repossession of my car. If the police catch me, they will take it.

Can you help to release it by way of court or at least stay off the court order as already my car is blocked from selling by Dubai family court?

I have an alimony amount which is going in installments until I pay all. The car file is already blocked, so how can they take the car from Ras Al Khaimah court?
