How to claim my end of service benefits from the employer and remove absconding?
Dear Sir,
I am staying in Ras Al Khaimah. My employer had imposed absconding on me.
After that, I approached MOHRE to get my salary dues and made a mutual settlement with my employer. As part of the settlement, I have received 25% of my settlement money, and the remaining 75% balance was agreed to be paid at a later stage.
During the absconding removal process, my employer imposed on me 1-year labor ban. Please suggest to me how can I get my settlement balance fund.
And also, will there be any immigration ban possibility on me?
Please suggest to me how to go ahead, my visa grace period will be completed on 14 Nov. 2022.

You can approach the court and submit the Settlement Agreement. You can send me the Settlement Agreement, I will have a look at it.
With respect to your labor ban, it can be only removed by your employer.
