Hi I had served a 12-month legal notice to my tenant to vacate my apartment. He had agreed to leave at the expiry of the contract which is 14 Nov. But now he is saying that he will not be vacating till his new apartment is ready. How can I evict him on the due date as I need the apartment for my own use from the 15th?

Dear Sir, I am staying in Ras Al Khaimah. My employer had imposed absconding on me. After that, I approached MOHRE to get my salary dues and made a mutual settlement with my employer. As part of the settlement, I have received 25% of my settlement money, and the remaining 75% balance was agreed to be paid at a later stage. During the absconding removal process, my employer imposed on me 1-year labor ban. Please suggest to me how can I get my settlement balance fund. And also, will there be any immigration ban possibility on me? Please suggest to me how to go ahead, my visa grace period will be completed on 14 Nov. 2022.

Hi We have been supplying goods for a customer and they have stopped paying the amount for dues for the last 5 months. And now, they have hired a new supplier for their goods. They are not paying the amount due to us. What can we do to get the payment? Is there any law to recover the total amount?
