لماذا هناك رسوم محكمة بنسبة 2.5٪ عند الاستئناف؟

أيضًا إذا قمت بالاستئناف خلال 3 أيام، فهل يجب علي دفع هذا المبلغ الإضافي؟ هل يمكنني فتح القضية خلال 3 أيام ومن ثم تقديم المستندات الإضافية خلال 30 يومًا؟

هل يمكنني أيضًا تغيير المبلغ إلى أقل من 100,000 في الاستئناف؟

The appeal fee is half of the amount paid to the Court of First Instance and you only have 30 days after the ruling to register the appeal.
