Dear User,

According to the UAE Labor Law and the rules regarding domestic workers, after completing one year, workers are entitled to 30-days of annual paid leave.

If your boss is refusing to give you leave, you may lodge a complaint at MOHRE. Kindly also refer to your employment contract on the clauses specifying annual leave, if any.
