هل يستطيع المالك قطع جميع المرافق عن المنزل وتهديد المستأجر بالطرد منه؟
مرحبًا،
قام مالك العقار بقطع الماء والكهرباء للمرة الرابعة هذا الأسبوع لأن توقيعي لم يتطابق مع الشيك. ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل؟
وهو يهددني الآن إذا لم أدفع حتى الغد نقدًا فسوف يغير الأقفال وسيطردني.

Kindly note that, as per RERA laws and regulations, a landlord is not supposed to disconnect the electricity even if you delayed or missed a rental payment. Such disconnection may be sued (both criminal and civil).
